Facilitation for companies
Group decisions that actually get made.
Facilitation is the neutral intervention before tension becomes conflict: an impartial third party structures the discussion, balances the voices and takes the group all the way to a decision everyone owns.
- Free information session
- Confidential
- No obligations
Unlike mediation, in facilitation there is no dispute yet — there is an important decision that will not get made: the board is split, meetings repeat without conclusions, the quiet ones stay silent and the loud ones dominate. As facilitators, we build the agenda, set the rules of the conversation and run the process, not the content: the decision remains entirely the group's.
The typical format is one or two days of structured work: interests clarified individually, decision criteria agreed before any options, scenarios built and scored together, then the decision documented along with follow-up rules. The value usually shows in the meetings that no longer need repeating.
Situations we frequently handle
- Tense shareholder and partner meetings
- Blocked strategic decisions — investments, direction, budget
- Team alignment after mergers or reorganisations
- High-stakes multi-party negotiations
- Stakeholder consultation processes
Illustrative example
The context
A five-person board, deadlocked for four months between distributing dividends and financing a regional expansion.
The stakes
An investment window with a hard deadline, and the cohesion of a leadership team already split into camps.
The approach
One day of facilitation: interests clarified individually in private conversations, decision criteria agreed before any scenario, three options built and scored together — on criteria, not on volume.
The result
A unanimous decision documented the same day — expansion partially financed, dividend temporarily reduced — plus new governance rules for future decisions.
