Request a free information session

The first step commits you to nothing: a free, confidential information session — by phone, video or at the office — in which you describe your situation and hear honestly whether mediation or facilitation makes sense for your case. We communicate the mediation fee after studying and assessing the case file, before you take any decision.

The office is in Bucharest, and for parties in other cities or abroad the sessions can also be held online; the legal effects of the resulting agreement depend on its content and on the formalities the law provides for the specific situation. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with sessions outside these hours possible for urgent situations or different time zones.
