Commercial mediation
Commercial disputes resolved without years in court.
Every month of conflict with a partner, client or supplier costs money, management energy and reputation. Commercial mediation closes the dispute quickly and confidentially — and, where it makes sense, preserves the business relationship.

- Confidential
- No obligations
A commercial lawsuit can take years, and the file is public: competitors, banks and partners can see everything. In mediation, the same dispute is negotiated confidentially, on a schedule agreed by the parties, with the fee usually shared between them — and if the case was already in court, the stamp duty paid may be refunded, under the conditions of art. 63 of Law no. 192/2006.
We come to the mediation table with the experience of the office's founder, Anca Voican — over twenty years of commercial negotiation — so we understand both sides: the entrepreneur who wants their money back and the partner protecting their cash flow. The resulting agreement can become an enforceable title — as strong as a court judgment.
Situations we frequently handle
- Unpaid invoices and contractual penalties
- Disagreements over deliveries, quality or deadlines
- Termination of contracts and partnerships
- Commercial landlord–tenant disputes
- Conflicts with strategic suppliers or distributors
Illustrative example
The context
An IT services provider and its main client: invoices unpaid for eight months, a suspended contract, mutual threats of litigation.
The stakes
For the provider, amounts equal to nearly half its annual revenue; for the client, the continuity of a business-critical system.
The approach
Two joint sessions and one private one. The real causes surfaced: a disputed deliverable and a temporary cash-flow squeeze. The parties negotiated a 90-day payment schedule, a partial reduction of penalties and an addendum with clear delivery milestones.
The result
Full payment within the agreed term and the contract resumed. No lawsuit, no public file — the business relationship still works today.
